We are currently looking for a Account Executive to play a key role in helping us continue our rapid pace of growth. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who has a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or information technology. This individual would be responsible for generating a high volume of quality leads, and mature them in an effort to drive revenue for the Startup.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducting a large volume of outbound prospecting activity (email, LinkedIn, calls daily)

2. Working closely CEO and Business Development Executive to come up to pace with the industry jargon

3. Generating interest from prospective clients by initiating first steps in Sales cycle

4. Tracking all activity in CRM (leads, contacts & opportunities according to sales development best practices)

5. Scheduling online and in-person meetings with prospective clients

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1-2 years experience in Account / Lead Generation / Business Development / Recruiting / Communications / Marketing .

2. Strong track record of success

3. Self-motivated and coachable

4. Desire to exceed expectations
