Celebrating AppZoro’s 10th Anniversary: 250+ projects and the Next Chapter

Celebrating a decade of building · AppZoro Technologies · 2016–2026 and ahead.
Ten years ago, a small team set up shop inside Atlanta Tech Village with a stubborn idea: great software does not have to come from a giant agency with a giant invoice. It can come from a focused team that treats every project like its own.

A decade later, that idea has turned into 250+ products developed with a 4.7 Clutch rating and a long list of founders who keep coming back. So this is part milestone and part thank-you note. But it is also something more useful: an honest look at what ten years of consistent building adds up to, written for anyone deciding who to trust with their next big project.

A decade by the numbers

Anniversaries are a good time to be honest about what actually got done. Most of this can be checked on public platforms rather than taken on our word.

One office, one promise

AppZoro stayed small on purpose because a small team responds faster, cares more and hides nothing. That promise, to build software like it is our own, still runs through everything we do. The reputation took hold early.

Professor Kevin Murnane of Mercer University, one of our first mentors, described our work as deep in expertise with a strong team behind it. And Karen Houghton, Director at Atlanta Tech Village, summed up our standard in four words we have never forgotten:

— "They do great work with integrity."

A decade later we have grown past 70 people across two countries but integrity is still the one part of the job we refuse to outsource.

The work that defined us

Every agency has a portfolio. What we are proudest of is how different the problems were and how high the stakes ran for the people who brought them to us.

When the stakes were highest: Judicial Innovations

Our clearest example is Judicial Innovations, a web-based online dispute resolution platform that lets people take part in court proceedings remotely, removing a barrier that had long shut many out of the legal system. Built on React, Node.js, AWS and Firebase in a serverless setup, it meant learning the rules of multiple court jurisdictions before we designed a single screen.

"There's never been a language barrier or an issue with our difference in time zones. Their team has been really great."

— Mario Gonzales, VP of Operations, Judicial Innovations

Built across very different worlds

The range kept growing from there:

  • Mercer University, College of Pharmacy: A clinical study app built to meet the compliance demands of academic medical research.

  • VINwiki: A vehicle-history and automotive platform with an active, growing community.

  • ADR Boost: An AI-driven hotel revenue tool that optimizes average daily rate in real time.

  • Convoy Transports & Medcraze: Early platforms in safe prison transport and healthcare advocacy that set our range.

  • Atlanta Tech Village app: Built for the very community that gave us our start, a rare full-circle moment.

If you want to see the breadth for yourself, the full project portfolio is worth a scroll. Across all of it, the through-line is the same: solve the real problem, then make it hold up in production.

Results that clients can actually measure

The work often involved real numbers, not just shipping on time. After we rebuilt the site for Apex Textile, president Paawan Mathur told us plainly:

  • "Calls and sales are up by at least 20 percent now since we've launched the site."

That kind of outcome, repeated for a decade, is why many clients have stayed with us for five, six and seven years.

What our clients actually say

We could describe our work all day. The founders who hired us say it better:

"AppZoro made each project feel like it was their baby and they seemed to care about nothing else."

— Ed Bolian, Founder, VINwiki

"They grasped what I wanted to accomplish and helped me get there. I'll never go elsewhere for an IT provider."

— Steve Thompson, Founder, Beverage Solutions Group

"They go above and beyond to communicate direction and are responsive to feedback."

— Carey Markey, CEO, MEDcraze

Notice what none of them mentions: the code. They talk about communication, ownership and the feeling that their project mattered to us as much as it did to them.

How we grew up: from apps to AI

The AppZoro of 2016 built mobile apps and websites and got very good at it. The AppZoro of 2026 still does, with a far wider toolkit behind it.

Then (2016)

Now (2026)

iOS & Android apps

AI agents & generative AI tools

Websites & web apps

Custom enterprise software & IoT

Flutter & React Native

Custom LLMs, NLP & AI chatbots

The mission never changed, only the materials. The frameworks moved on too and we have written about exactly how we choose between them in our guide to the best mobile app development frameworks

The team still ships software meant to survive in production, just with sharper tools behind it. We even document the journey publicly, with 576+ articles published on the topics our clients ask about most.

In the founder's words

"Most clients aren't after anything exotic. They want a partner who shows up, tells the truth and delivers what was promised and that turns out to be genuinely rare. We've won work simply because a previous vendor vanished when things got hard. We kept those clients for years by never doing that. The stack moved from mobile to cloud to AI but the actual job never did."

— Sam Agarwal, Founder & CEO, AppZoro Technologies

The next decade: AI built for real business

We are not treating year ten as a finish line. Our second decade is AI-first and not as a buzzword. It is where our clients' hardest problems are moving and the practice is aimed at production, not experiments:

  • AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Voice automation for customer-facing and internal operations

  • Managed AI operations for enterprises deploying AI responsibly

Partnerships with AWS, Anthropic, Salesforce and Microsoft are in development, with hospitality as our lead vertical for the AI era. The edge is simple but rare: while many AI firms measure their experience in months, we bring ten years of shipping software that had to work on day one.

What we build today

Part of what a decade buys is range. Here is a quick snapshot of where all that experience now points:

  • Services: Mobile, Web, Cross-platform apps, Custom and enterprise software, iOS and Android, UI/UX design, IoT and AI/ML, including AI chatbots and generative AI.

  • Products: Ready-to-build solutions for Fitness, Salon, Wellness, Transportation and Fintech, plus custom LLM development.

  • Industries: Healthcare and fitness, Fintech, Logistics and transport, Retail and e-commerce, Real estate, Education, Hospitality and travel, Sports, social media, judicial and government technology.

More than 30 industries, one consistent way of working, which is why a healthcare client and a logistics client tend to describe the experience the same way.

Why ten years matter if you're choosing a partner

For anyone picking a software team, longevity is not vanity; it is risk reduction. A company that has delivered for a decade has already survived the hard launches, the shifting technology and the moments when a project went sideways and someone had to stay late to fix it.

If you are weighing your options right now, that is worth keeping at the front of mind. We even wrote a candid guide on how to choose a mobile app development company and we stand by every word, even the parts that send you to ask hard questions of any vendor, us included.

Thank you for ten remarkable years and if you have an idea you have been sitting on, there has never been a better time to build it.
