Key requirements identified included a user-friendly interface for easy data entry and retrieval, accurate record-keeping for intakes and titles, integration with existing systems and tools, scalability to accommodate future growth, and robust security measures to protect sensitive data.



Phase 1 (Discovery and Planning)

During the design phase, wireframes and prototypes were created using Adobe XD and Zeplin. The design team focused on developing an intuitive interface that aligns with the users' workflows. Key design elements for property title search software​, included a clean and organized layout for easy navigation, clear input fields for accurate data entry, visual indicators for important information and alerts, and a responsive design to ensure usability across different devices.

Phase 2 (Design and Prototyping)
