The project began with a thorough requirements-gathering phase. The development team at AppZoro scheduled numerous meetings with the AMC-n-Me team to understand every aspect of the project. This involved detailed discussions to capture all user needs, expectations, and regulatory requirements. The focus was on understanding the specific challenges patients face with medication adherence and how technology, inspired by the best medical adherence apps​​, could address these issues.

Requirements Phase

In the design phase, the team focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface—the design aimed to simplify the process of tracking medication schedules and setting up reminders. Visual branding efforts were made to create an appealing and professional look that would resonate with users. The design also incorporated educational resources to help patients understand the importance of medication adherence.

Design Phase

During the development phase, the app was built and rigorously tested on both iOS and Android platforms. The development team implemented features such as medication reminders, dosage tracking, and educational content. Special attention was given to ensuring that the app could handle various types of medication schedules, including complex regimens, similar to the functionality found in software for clinical trials​. Robust backend infrastructure was developed to support the app's functionality and ensure data security.
