The mission was to create a comprehensive mobile application that would revolutionize how members engage with Cowork Oasis. This app was intended to simplify access to services such as room bookings, event schedules, and door management while enhancing the overall user experience. The first step involved detailed discussions with Cowork Oasis to understand their specific needs and the expectations of their members. This phase was critical to ensure that the app's features aligned with user requirements and operational goals.


Phase 1 (Requirement Analysis)

A key focus was on creating a user-friendly interface. The design aimed to make navigation intuitive and the user experience seamless, catering to both tech-savvy users and those less familiar with digital tools.


Phase 2 (User-Centric Design)

Utilizing agile methodologies, AppZoro adopted an iterative development process. This approach allowed for continuous feedback and incremental improvements, ensuring that the app evolved based on real user input and changing needs.


Phase 3 (Iterative Development)

The project commenced in June 2017, with a dedicated team working on development and testing. By October 2017, AppZoro successfully delivered a fully functional mobile application. The app integrated essential services, providing a seamless user experience that met the operational needs of Cowork Oasis. Following the launch, AppZoro continued to provide support and updates, ensuring the app remained optimized and responsive to user feedback.

Project Strategy

Cowork Oasis recognized the need for a digital solution to manage its operations more efficiently. Traditional methods of booking rooms, managing events, and accessing facilities were becoming cumbersome and time-consuming for both staff and members. The goal was to develop a mobile app that could integrate these services into a single, user-friendly platform, making it easier for members to interact with the space and for the organization to manage its resources effectively.
