In the design phase, the focus was on creating a user-friendly interface that would be intuitive and easy to navigate. The platform needed to offer clear instructions and guidance to ensure users could follow the credit repair process without confusion. User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designers worked closely to develop a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing design. This phase also included features to manage payment history, interact with credit counselors, and address bad credit issues effectively.
