Freedom Rideshare: Turning Daily Rental Operations Into Clear Priorities
Where the Day Was Starting, and Where It Is Starting Now
Picture a rental operations team at eight in the morning, with pickups lined up, cars in repairs, customers waiting on approvals and a rental that should have come back yesterday, and the only way of knowing what is most urgent is opening each part of the system one by one. That was the daily reality at Freedom Rideshare Rentals.
So what did we change? Well, AppZoro built “Today’s Priorities“, a Claude API-powered panel inside Freedom’s existing dashboard, ranking the day’s issues by urgency. 15 operations staff are now using it daily, the morning review is taking 10 to 15 minutes, and the feature went live on 13 October 2026.

The Challenges the Team Was Facing Every Morning
The problem was never a shortage of information; it was that the important work was spread across too many screens. Every morning the employees were spending 60 to 120 minutes going through rentals, vehicles, customer onboarding, MVR (motor vehicle record) approvals and collections, filtering each module separately, resulting in:
- Pickups to be matched against the cars actually available.
- Late rentals showing up only once somebody went looking.
- Vehicles held up in repairs, quietly reducing the fleet.
- Customers/drivers waiting in onboarding or MVR review.
This is costing more than the review time itself, because urgent items were getting spotted late. Late returns were the hardest, since a delay found after the fact is leaving the staff to call a driver about time that has already passed, and those calls were sometimes turning into disagreements that are affecting the brand perception.
What AppZoro Built, and How It Is Working
The panel is reading current data from the rental, fleet, customer, compliance and payment workflows, and it is then using the Claude API to turn that into ranked action items anybody is able to act on straight away, for example: “Only 1 car available for 2 scheduled pickups today. Arrange another vehicle before noon.”
The priorities are refreshing every hour as the data is changing, and automated messaging is supporting timely outreach on late returns. AppZoro handled the design, the Claude API integration, deployment on Freedom’s own Claude organisation and the ongoing support, with work beginning on 1 October and going live on 13 October.
Before and After, Side by Side
| Area | Before | With Today’s Priorities |
| Morning review | Up to 120 minutes across modules | 10 to 15 minutes on a ranked list |
| Urgent items | Searched for manually | Hourly priorities surface them in one place |
| Late returns | Follow-up started after the delay | Earlier visibility plus automated notifications |
| Planning the day | Employees sorted several modules | One shared, ranked list for the team |
The Results We Are Seeing in Daily Operations
All 15 members of the operations team, one super admin and 14 employees, are using the feature daily, and Freedom is reporting a morning review of 10 to 15 minutes against a previous upper-end estimate of 120 minutes, which is roughly 105 to 110 minutes less review time on the days the old process was taking two full hours.
The team also reported that it is now easier to plan pickups, follow up on late rentals before a delay is turning into a dispute and track vehicles needing attention, though these are observations from the first weeks and a separate productivity measurement has not yet been established.
Why Claude Is Making the Difference Here
Freedom’s system was never short on information, every status, count and record the team was needing was already sitting there, the trouble was that none of it was telling anybody what to handle first.
This is where Claude is making the difference, reading the rental, fleet, customer, compliance and payment data together and turning it into a morning plan that is explaining what the issue is, why it is needing attention and what the next action should be. This is not simply one more report sitting beside the existing ones, this is helping the staff move from finding problems to acting on them.
What Comes Next
AppZoro is continuing to support the feature and can refine the prioritisation rules, the messaging and the reporting as Freedom’s needs are evolving, with future tracking covering time to first contact, resolution rates and time saved.
