By analyzing this information, the team identifies key areas for improvement and innovation, laying the foundation for designing a solution that meets market demands effectively.

Phase 1: Initial Assessment

With insights gathered from the initial assessment, the team moves into designing and developing the Vumi app. A comprehensive plan is formulated, detailing the creation of core features such as the VumiTV global feed, the view coin system for incentivizing user engagement, and interactive user interaction features. Design plays a crucial role in this phase, where industry-leading tools like Adobe XD or Figma are utilized to craft a visually appealing and intuitive user interface (UI). The focus is on creating a seamless user experience (UX) that encourages user engagement and enhances usability across different devices and platforms.


Phase 2: Design and Development

Implementation begins with the phased rollout of features outlined in the design phase.
