The requirements phase began with extensive research and consultation with coworking space managers and users to identify their pain points and needs.

The project began with in-depth discussions and requirements gathering sessions to define the core functionalities and privacy features of USpace. Understanding user expectations and privacy concerns guided the development of a comprehensive roadmap for the platform's development.


Phase 1 Requirements Phase

During this phase, the focus was on creating a minimalist and intuitive UI/UX design that prioritizes user privacy and ease of navigation. Wireframes and prototypes were developed to visualize the platform's interface, ensuring that all privacy settings and communication features were clear and accessible to users.


Phase 2 Design Phase

AppZoro's development team implemented the backend infrastructure using secure APIs and databases to support USpace's privacy-centric features. Frontend development focused on integrating user-friendly interfaces with robust security measures. The development process adhered to agile methodologies to allow for iterative improvements based on user feedback and emerging security standards.


Phase 3 Development Phase

Rigorous testing procedures, including security audits, penetration testing, and usability testing, were conducted to identify and mitigate any potential vulnerabilities or usability issues. Beta testing involved a select group of users to gather feedback on functionality, performance, and user experience, ensuring that USpace met high standards of privacy and usability before launch.

USpace was deployed in stages, starting with a soft launch to a limited audience to monitor performance and gather additional feedback. Marketing efforts focused on promoting USpace's unique privacy features and attracting users seeking a secure social networking alternative. Continuous post-launch monitoring and support ensured ongoing optimization and responsiveness to user needs.
